WHAT IS 

SERVICE LEVEL

The products a supplier delivers to CMHL are called the SELLIN as CMHL purchases them.

 

All CMHL Suppliers can have access to their    SELL IN details through the SERVICE LEVEL report.

 

The Service Level report defines the delivery performances of a supplier.

This performance is measured in 2 ways:

PRODUCTS

It compares the number of different products (skus) ordered with the number of different products delivered.

QUANTITIES

For each product, it compares the quantity ordered with the quantity delivered

HISTORY

The performances are recorded each month so trends and improvements can be identified easily.

The reports covers all the Brands that the supplier is offering to customers through CMHL Store Format

  • The data the report use are 

  • Item Code and Description

  • Quantity ordered

  • PO Number

  • Received Quantity

  • Store details

  • DC Details

ANALYSES

The analyses the reports brings are:

  • How many % of the products ordered have been delivered

  • How many % of the quantity ordered have been delivered
